If something does not fit or is not what you expected, you can exchange it within 7 days of delivery.

What can be exchanged

• Unworn and unwashed items, with the tags still attached.
• In their original packaging, with the invoice.

Innerwear and items marked as final sale cannot be exchanged, for hygiene reasons.

How to start an exchange

1. Call or WhatsApp +880 1944-224300, or email contact@foreignersworld.com, within 7 days of delivery.
2. Tell us your order number and what you would like instead.
3. We arrange the pick-up or tell you where to send it.

Refunds

If the item is out of stock or damaged, we refund the full amount you paid, including the delivery charge, within 7 working days by bKash, Nagad or bank transfer. For a change of mind, the return courier charge is yours to cover.

Wrong or damaged item

That is on us. Send a photo to contact@foreignersworld.com within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund it in full, whichever you prefer.
