We deliver anywhere in Bangladesh. Orders are packed the same day when they reach us before 5pm, and the next working day after that.
Delivery charge
- Inside Dhaka — ৳80. Usually 1 to 2 working days.
- Outside Dhaka — ৳150. Usually 2 to 4 working days.
The charge is added at checkout once you pick your area, so you see the full total before you place the order.
Paying
Cash on delivery. You pay the courier when the parcel reaches you — nothing is charged before that. Please keep the exact amount ready where you can.
Before you accept the parcel
Check that the box is sealed and undamaged in front of the delivery person. If something looks wrong, refuse the parcel and call us on +880 1944-224300 the same day.
If nobody is home
The courier calls before delivering. If the call is missed, they try again the next working day. After two failed attempts the parcel comes back to us and we will contact you to arrange it again.
